No judgement, but............Even now, they both look guilty as heck. The man is fidgetting around and looking 10 different places at once. How could any body be fooled by him?

I have heard of Accountants committing bribery or fraud, but not auditors.

If this is true regarding auditors, why do audits only identify fraud 3% of the time, contrasted to tips at better than 40%? Traditional CPA Auditors are hung-up on material and immaterial, however, what's immaterial to one individual, is material to another, Maybe traditional financial statements should be replaced by, or combined into into one statement known as the Sources & Uses of Funds Cash Flow/Net Asset Value Statements. This will lead to cash flow, or following the money being the center of focus. Old saying that Cash is King. Audited Financials are mere smoke and mirror illusions good for nothing more than kindling.
