This product is nice is specs but in real life it does not work most of the times. Through the app it does not take calls or open the door in LAN connection. For all this functionalities it seams it needs to connect to Hikvision internet server. This shouldn’t be a problem, but it fails the connection 70% of the times. I have a high speed connection at home and 4g/LTE connection In my iPhone. I was thinking in doing some port forwarding, but it works just as a camera, call functions or opening the door does not seem to work by adding the door phone through up address. Hikvision support is not very responsive for consumers, I’m afraid it will remain as a not very useful, expensive toy until they solve this issues.
