Configuring 3CX and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing

Good video! We used 3CX with Teams for a while before switching to Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX. It's not widely known, but it's an excellent and cost-effective solution with Microsoft Teams integration as well.

Hi, i seem to be getting this error: BadRequest User '3a30249f' lacks appropriate licenses to assign a 'DirectRouting' number -> I have a M365 E5 License which includes the phone standard. Any Idea?

Hi Mr Magic, You need to enable enterprise voice for the user. You can do this by using Powershell. "Connect-MicrosoftTeams" then run the following command by entering in the user principle name (email address) where there are ****. Set-CsUser -Identity "****" -EnterpriseVoiceEnabled $true -HostedVoiceMail $true

@@anomanisisis hi thx for the reply. I have done that already. The worked by assigning an extra phone standard even tho I have assigned an e5 already...
