Configuring a Hikvision USA "DS-7716NI-I4/16P" NVR with VALUCAM "IPC4631CA-28" | Garbage Man Tech

Welcome Viewers to my first video. In this video I will show you how to configure a Hikvision USA "DS-7716NI-I4/16P" NVR with several terrible VALUCAM (aka Dahua) IPC4631CA-28 cameras.

CAT 5e Ethernet Cable (Honestly get any brand! This isn't the same CAT 5e as in the video, but it honestly works great, get a shorter cable length though): www.amazon.com...
Logitech G600 MMO Mouse (Not all NVR come with a mouse, and if they do they are really old and small): www.amazon.com...
Very Reliable Mechanical Keyboard (Loud, but you can put foam in the back plate to make it more quiet): www.amazon.com...

Conclusion: Skip ahead to 0:39:07 for quick tutorial and and see my exact setting for camera 192.168.5.1 or (ICP-1), which is the main camera; demonstrating why CAT 8 doesn't work for the additional cameras (same as the main camera) and why CAT 5e works.
