For my version (a 2017) you have to go into the workout menu and touch the upper left - upper right - upper left - upper right corners to get it to work.

On my entertainment menu it only shows TV (KZbin, Netflix and the other apps are all enabled or On in the settings but none of them show up in the entertainment box when I begin a workout).

@@ctbdmd50 I just learned how to do it. The video and the instruction manuals are slightly off. It's further outside of the inner box, so 45 degree angles outward respectively from the bottom outside corners of the bottom two languages on a screen, but still inside that inner box. The sequence is tapping: Left Right Left

Can we reset the console without to factory settings without accessing the manager control. I accidentally missed up the touchscreen calibration and I can't get the buttons right. So frustrating!

I can connect the SE3 to Zwift. But when I start running in the treadmill the zwift avatar don’t run! Do you know why?

I would contact LifeFitness, as it sounds like there may have been an issue updating your console and now it doesn't have the LF software installed on it any more.

KZbin by default should be enabled, but it should be one of the apps that can be enabled by going into the System Options menu that I show in the video and then go to the "Configuration > Apps" menu and you should see it in there.
