And the lore found in the book "Treasured Tales of Chouken Shinkageuchi" after winning archon war Ei sacrificed her own body for Makoto. So that Makoto could become archon and she did not care about any position other then being Makoto's kagemusha and protect inazuma. Or like how she's been protecting Inazuma for thousands of years without her own identity because she wanted only cared about the nation and it's people rather than herself. How Sasayuri died when he went to confront Orobashi to negotiate but it was a plan of Orobashi to kill Sasayuri in order to trigger Ei so she could kill Orobashi and people of watatsumi will be spared by the heavenly principals. Like how she had to fight her own friend chiyo who got corrupted by abyssal energy after being devoured by an abyssal beast. Chiyo started attacking Ei and she had to cut off her arm and horn to stop her and then she fled to the forest. She had to accept the fact that Kitsune saiguu would die protecting Inazuma but she couldn't do anything about it because she had to go save makoto in kahnria. She lost everyone close to her and most of Inazuma was destroyed at the same time and all she wanted was to give Inazuma a ruler who could protect it from outside threats. In what situation she was in when she created Scara and she actually cared about Scara. Didn't destroy him even when Yae Miko told her to. She just cared for his feelings and didn't want to control him or put any of her responsibilities or burden on him. She wanted him to be free And made an underground palace "Shakkei Pavilion" for him and gave him a golden feather so that when he comes out people will treat him as royalty...these kinda things. There are some more too. Like the whole point of the decree was because she became over protective and paranoid that if Inazuma progresses too much it will be destroyed like Kahnria too because Inazuma was nearly destroyed during Kahnria war, and she didn't want her people to risk and lose their lives. She also didn't know about the war outside and was given false reports by the kujou commission and fatui that the decree was going on smoothly. And misconceptions about Kazuha's friends death. He had an ambition to deflect Raiden's Musou no Hitotachi since childhood and he saw the opportunity during the decree to challenge the Shogun puppet. She thought it would be unfair so she told him to duel with kujou Sara. He lost and as the rule of dual before the throne and the rule of feudal Japan he was given a warrior's death.

3rd banner makes so much sense.. make it exclusively an Archon's only banner and they can add the 4 stars that doesn't fit in the current story with those Archons... we have 5.. soon to be 6, so they could re-run 2 archons every patch w/o affecting the regional characters...

If they just ran a third banner all if the time, and made the weapon banner 3x featured at 1 time, that would solve a lot of problems. The weapon banner would still be inefficient but the chances of getting something good when you lose would go up. Personally I'd prefer they just run chronicled once every other patch and keep it running all patch long, then run tripple banners the next patch... then maybe run chronicled again. Best of all worlds. That... and do a standard 5* and 4* epitomized path system. Want Kaya cons? Want to get a Thignati copy but you kero getting qiqi? Make it so you get 1 desired item every 3 5* wins, and 1 desired 4* every 5 4* wins... only on Standard though.

If you put 3 weapons in the weapon banner, you’ll be making the entire banner much worse. I do agree with the chronicled banner every much, lasting the full 40 days and an epitomized path for the standard banner. I’ve been wanting Diluc since I started playing (1.3) and I have not gotten him once. I’ve lost enough 50/50’s to have cons for every other standard 5*, even a 5* Jean. Standard banner has given me favonious 2 times as well and I’ve even gotten Diluc’s weapon on a weapon banner loss 🤦🏻‍♀️

@@sadist8902 why on earth would it be worse? As things stand you can already lose to other 5* twice, but once might be a standard weapon. This would have the same chances, but the chance you might earn 3 good 5* for the same effort as now makes for a better result from failure.

@@ravissary79 With every pity you have a chance to win one of the 2 weapons, if you make that 3, the odds only grow larger for you to not get what you want. You’re only putting more weapons in the banner so you’re decreasing the chances of winning what you want.

@@sadist8902 no that's not how pity or fate points work. On all banners yoir chance to get a 5 star of some kind is exactly the same. If you pull from 0 pity then after about 75 pulls, the chances go way up, then at 90 it's guaranteed. On standard you're only guaranteed to get one of 7 or 8 standard characters, then pity resets. On the special event character banners, you will get your desired character at a 50/50 chance, if you get standard instead, then that chance goes away for the next 5* and now it's a guarantee. But on the weapon banner the 50/50 doesn't give you a garabtee after you lose, because there's 2 different 50/50s at play simultaneously. The first is a 50/50 you get one of the banner exclusive weapons, only one of which is your desired one. So if you fail that first 50/50 and let's say... get the skyward atlas, then next time it's guaranteed to be one of the featured items... so you roll until you get another 5*, and.... drum roll... dammit you got the other weapon. Now does this mean that you've now railed both 50/50s and now have a garantee? Yes and no. Its nor because of acquiring a garantee from both 50/50s, the second 50/50 isn't really why you won this time, it's the Fate points. You needed 2 Fate points to get your full garantee. And really if you win your first 50/50 amd get an exclusive weapon, there's nothing that says it needs to be a 33/33/33 chance, you're after all selecting an epitomized path. The chances could remain 50/50 for your desired weapon and 25/25 for the other ones.... so 50/25/25 for all three weapons if you win the exclusive vs standard item 50/50. Thing is, we KNOW that winning the weapon standard 50/50 repeatedly does not in any way garantee you get your desired weapon in ac2 try garantee, because I've managed to not getvs standard but lose my attempt at the desired weapon for 2 attempts in a raw and just got 2 copies of the other weapon on the banner. It's only the fate points that give you the true garantee.

@@sadist8902 so, to shorter my previous point... it would indeed change 1 of the chances out of a network of chances that factor in, but it doesn't HAVE to keep the chances at all 3 the same before the fate points render a gatantee. (But hoyo might likely do that), I just assumed it might be like chronicled where you have a 50/50 to try your item vs the alternatives. But if it wasn't then yes, on that 1 level, the chances go down. However, there's always been 2 problems with the weapon banner: It takes 2 failures to get a garantee... And typically the other weapon you'll lose to isn't one you want. IMHO, that's the benefit of 3. There's a lot of good weapons and having 3 to choose from means if you do lose, the chance you get something useful remains. Example... furina is on banner, so the weapon banner features her scepter sword... but if you can have 3 weapon on banner, instead of hers and memory of dust, you might also have PJC or Key of Kajnasut, and those are great on her too.

Funny how the 2nd banner of 4.8 has Razor and Yen Fei as 4 star, because those 2 are C6 on my account, and Xiangling is C3 or C4, which is a good thing because since early 4.7 I planned to never pull until Natlan. 98 intertwine saved for now. Also, I want to know when Iansan will be released, I was expecting her to be in 5.9g0, she is the first Natlan character we knew about and yet she's now the least we know about.

Whats confirmed is Kujou Sara in the second phase. And Kachina and ive heard she is going to be givdn out for free in an event so she goes to the first phase. To be honest how op the new characters are like Neuvilette, Arlecchino and they can also be powercrept in Natlan. I think hoyo need to buff or atleast adjust previous characters like Diluc, Eula,Venti, Keqing, Hutao, Raiden, Yoimiya, Ayaka, Cyno....

Chevreuse cons would be Great too, and I don’t currently have Charlotte yet, so that’ll be nice if she is there too, but I don’t mind Heizou is also a Great Character :D I got him c6 during Alhaitham’s/ Kazuha’s rerun, but I’m sure many people would love to get him 😊 Maybe I’ll wish on Raiden’s banner after Kinich for Sara cons.. maybe, not sure yet ☺️

Kazuha legit is early for a rerun. Maybe for exploration reasons...? It would make sense as to why Yelan is also re running before the Natlan update. I thought Sumeru is hell, but Natlan is gonna replace its horrors.

honestly,im not too worried about charlottle and chevreuse myself since they were pretty much my starter characters since they were part of my first 10 pull but nonetheless I am excited for wriothesleys next banner because A.hes my favorite and B. I'm trying to use catalyst characters more and especially cryo since I probably haven't used any unless it was a test run since mondstadt lmfao

How much I had saved for Kazuha in first patch of 4.8: 27 wishes and 47 pity. How much I heve for Kazuha now: 0 wishes and 0 pity. I won a 50/50 Yelan. I hope I won't regret it soon
