I think the boss will be the Queen of Hearts, with A2 likely called "off with their heads", branding one enemy to die and scaring the rest. Fits really well I'd say. Fusion is either Time himself (who I think is sort of a character in Wonderland...?), or the Mad Hatter. Manipulating turnmeter and buff duration I feel fits pretty well with both, as does KR faction to house a Teleria-variant of them.

HH, the Mad Hatter doesn't have the pocket watch. The Rabbit that Alice follows down the rabbit hole has the watch. He is "late for a very important date" with the Queen of Hearts.

The Mad Hatter also has a pocket watch. His pocket watch controls time, and it's why he is stuck in time because it was cursed by time itself. The rabbits watch is just a watch, the Hatters Watch is an actual Cursed Relic that is what causes him to be him. The watch from the video, is more akin to the Hatters watch, as it is glowing because it is cursed. However in the lore, the watch doesn't actually tell Time, it shows the date, because it's "Always Tea Time, 6 O'clock" for Hatter, due to the curse on the watch.

There is no revive in the Bosses kit. Which means killing the allies should be first priority. Cleanse is important too since it nowhere says that deathbrand can not be removed. Furthermore Block Buffs on the allies (so they do not get increase attack) seems valuable. And then i'd say, use as few buffs as possible, cause even 2 buffs per ally will hae the boss take a turn. And as long as the allies are not immune to tm reducing or stun, armanz should be a good play as well.

Can't see Alice as a Knight Rev, suspect it will be mad hatter or rabbit, mad hatter makes more sense but buffing turn meter and increasing buffs sounds more like a white rabbit style ability with his stopwatch (nothing says he has to be a skinwalker... or even alive), Alice I think will be a damage dealer like Little Miss Annie as the theme is STRONGLY reminiscent of the dark video game.

The Rabbit isn't coming, Razelvarg is the rabbit. That was not the rabbits watch in the video, that was Hatters Watch. Disney had a poor portrayal that seems to have alot of people confused. The Mad Hatter also has a pocket watch, which is cursed by time itself, it makes it to where he is stuck in his infinite loop of Tea Time, it shows the date not time, and is a magical Relic that can stop and rewind time, but not alter it out of "Tea Time" he uses it in other renditions of Wonderland lore. The Rabbits watch is just a watch, he is just afraid of being late.

This sucks as an Alice and Wonderland fan as a kid. I spent every resource I had the last month doing different events and fusions. I have nothing left. As of today I'm down to energy replenishing itself, 5 ancient shards 1.7mil silver 97 gems and 5 total energy refills. I can't do this fusion. To really kick myself in the nuts I bought He-man and some shards totaling $90. The first payment in this game for me in 3 years. He-man is amazing, Noelle is complete lock out champ so that is great, I just have nothing left going forward.

Make sure you get to hit clan boss highest chest as soon as possible, then only then shards will start to stack up. I am very very low spender, don’t het FOMOod, and can do whatever fusion I choose. I have done sir nic, Noelle , stokk and still sitting on 50 sacreds and 150 voids. I avoid x10, x20, x25 and pull only dur8ng events worthwhile .
