They are SPECIAL FORCES they can Drive any captured Vehicles including Tanks.

Sorry I could not find your message about the ZSU tank. It can't be driven, you can shoot things with the main gun but it was meant to be a stationary vechicle for DS1 and DS2. Its good to hear that you can now swap the vehicles

In Desert Storm 1 it is playable in the mission were you drive the M2 Bradley, if you have the modded files like this mod. But I haven't been playing around with the files in some time but I will see if it is possible.

I got some great news regarding embarking. I've managed to make it work on cds1. On a side note is that I also hacked that you can embark enemy tanks haha!

Funny you just asked as I accomplished it on CDS2 like 2 days ago! So yeah the answer is yes. Its really funny that you can drive the car in the escape mission, I will soon make a short video on it!

Haha its something about that T-62 that makes it scary, if you want the option to drive the BMP-1 in victor two and/or you want the T-72 fixed so the turret turns all the way let me know and I will send you a copy of the mission files

No not at all its been scripted to be a friendly vehicle, plus the enemies that were inside the vehicle got replaced with the player(s) so its all good

i allways wanted to drive the T-62! when i first started i met the BMP, and it scared me, but it was slow with a small gun, but later on, when i first met the T-62 it scared the shit out of me D:

I remember there was some left over code in mission 10 (last one). In beta pictures of this mission, I saw the player was supposed to drive a BMP1 or 2. I am not sure if the code still resides inside the mission file. If it does, we can re-enable that BMP (I suppose!)

unfortunately I do not know how to add tanks but what I do know is how to swap vehicles/objects around e.g in 'Calvary Charge' I can swap the M2 Bradley with a T-72M1. If you want more information PM ' woltersum ' (without commas) he knows alot, the link is now added in the description and I have made it possible to drive the T-72M1 in 'On The Brink' so if you want that mission let me know.

How did you mod the mission yourself to get the BMP on Victor-Two? I'd really like to change it to the ZSU tank, I know it's stationary, but I'd love to see what it's like :( Thanks

I cant do it in desert storm 2 because there is no ZSU in victor two to put yourself in but I can do it in desert storm 1 with missions like desert watch and cavalry charge

Yeah I have seen the beta version and yes it was a BMP-2 but I don't know if this is possible because it was a beta version and now we have the finished version so. But if it does reside in the mission file then we can bring the BMP-2 to life haha

You have to edit the file but you have to edit it properly or else it wont work. I don't have the file anymore along with the game, message woltersum he should help you out with that
