You should only annex when you are in a safe position. So if you have possible enemies around you, i wouldn't waste resources on annexing. Your primary objective should always be to use your resources to build an army powerful enough to defend your homeland/conquer enough territory around you and ally people so that if someone did attack you, you would have time to respond before they got to your homeland. If you annex early on and have a small army and run into a good player, you might never get to use those annexed cities because you will be defeated by the stronger army.

I annex early game key city’s normally a supply and component city if possible cause u get far more of those resources once u do that and it stacks for rest of game allowing u to build faster

@@alrxandersmiths242 yeah i agree but only if it's in a safe position. I usually expand quickly which gives me more resources from the cities i conquered anyway and it doesn't cost resources. Annexing is generally best when you have your continent consolidated and the anexed city is in a safe place. For example if you were Egypt and you had the red sea defended on both sides, you could annex any of the cities in the red sea as it has low chance of being conquered quickly.

One of the things that you referenced but I didn't see a video on was how Anti-Air and Anti-Missile defense system mechanics work. These are still a mystery to me and I would greatly enjoy some insight into these mechanics. That said, love the videos, I'm in my second map and having a lot of fun even if I am making a lot of mistakes.

just know I find Navy's useless bc I've found the asw helicopter. The ASW Helicopter max leveled does 6.5 damage to ships so a 5 stack does 38 damage and avoids the ships anti air mechanic. I have literally wiped people's ships with 2 5 stacks doing 76 damage per run. lol 😂

Easiest way to increase your economy is to just conquer and always train troops. If you use effective unit Combos you can roll over most players in this game. Most are noobs and use Infantry to attack or are not very active.

I think the trickiest part to pin down is when you should start annexing cities and when you should stop, which will probably vary from game to game. But for example in my Philippines game I'm on day 15 and I've annexed 2 component cities already since I had time before my cruisers were ready to build so I didn't need the resources yet. Also you gotta stop annexing around a week or two before the boiling point of the game since you'll never make back the resources invested in annexing and you'll want to switch to full army production

Hi , Im new to the game. I already attacked a capital, but like I said I attacked (think I destroyed it). How do we conqueror capital cities for example ? Like, keeping the city intact ?

@@brunosantiago4849 you need troops that have the perk 'conquer' ; all infantry (except spec ops) have that perk as well as a handful of officers. You then have to leave at least one infantry there until the morale of the city reaches 35% which means insurgents will no longer spawn (they usually spawn at the beginning of days 00:00. If you do have some good to burn and don't want to leave a soldier behind thereby weakening your army you could spend the 100g? To increase the morale of the city once which will immediately fix the morale issue.

Hi nick does the production bonusses stack? Like if u have lvl 5 naval base which gives bonusses and lvl 5 air base that also gives bonusses does it stack or only applies with one. Same question for arms industry does it stack with air/navl base

Another huge tip, build underground bunkers in whatever ur struggling with usually components,electronics,rare materials. That's early game up to day 20.... But that will increase ur production allot more then ya think. And level 3 local industries with a hospital to increase moral and maximize ur resource that u want.. My b I'm writing this before end of video lmao

Yes. Bunkers are great for boosting resources as resource production is also largely dependent on the city's morale.

I use them alot and they reduce incoming damage by up to like 65% maybe 70(level 5) so a 5 stack could beat a 10 stack

I was say it’s not always the number of days that’s gone by but really also what’s happened in the game. For example, once my team finishes the Americas, I’d consider that mid game. End game usually comes in my opinion when you’re fighting the last team that can reasonably stand up to you and the one that has a chance of winning.

In ww3 apocalypse I've done super good as Iran in a coalition with Saudi Arabia and India (Pakistan is in but he's inactive, I may attack him) Should I take out Afghanistan or Turkey next for resources?

Ah yes. I’ve done that exact same combo before. Saudi and Iran are both awesome by themselves let alone together. I would say Afghanistan because he shares a larger border with you and because he could be more of a threat. Turkey shares a smaller border with Iran and the border is mostly mountains. Easy to defend.
