Confluence, MySQL database and Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate.

i have this issue with mysql. I am connecting to Power bi with mysql as database.. but i am receiving this error MySQL: Retrieval of the RSA public key is not enabled for insecure connections. how do i rectify this.? Can we disable SSL certification? will that solve this issue?? PS : I have recvd host id and port, user and pass only from admin. I can login to workbench and can run sql queries also. But am facing issue in power bi connection.
