Hi coffeezilla since I been watching you and seeing soo many scams which I was aware of but to a greater degree seeing how it’s pretty much facilitated and also ignored by authorities makes me think it’s on purpose like how is it that if you’re looking for a good opportunity and you have some money and you’re interested in going into business there can be soo many scams in your path directly by way of propaganda and marketing too fishy in my perspective

There's so many scams in Nigeria. My girlfriend is from there, and she's trying to get her money out of the country, but it's so complicated because of scams. I've been sending her money to help her deal with all of these issues, and I had to remortgage my house, but it's okay because it will pay off at the end. Also she's a princess, so that's pretty cool.

The government has its faults. They make it had for the lower class to find opportunities. This is because they do nothing to improve the lives of the masses. That being said, there are a lot of hardworking Nigerians making ends meet without scamming anyone. Some choose to scam because they cannot do the hard work. While the government is terrible scamming is not the answer. And these scammers know that but choose to act otherwise.

I do business in Ghana & Nigeria frequently and have had many run-ins with scammers and desperate people. His argument toward the end is actually pretty on-point. Desperation and lack of hope/opportunity leads people to do stupid and unethical things. Africa as a whole is the largest opportunity zone in the world. Emotional manipulation... Using people's emotions, vulnerabilities, situations, insecurities, desperation, etc.. against them. Spinning things in ways that make them question or doubt their own judgement & get more easily talked into ... whatever that person wants/needs from them. Little by little, 'until'.. $$$$ Doesn't matter how smart, how intuitive, how naive one might think they aren't.. Some of the really good ones, could manipulate & convince.. just about anyone. It's scary, I've seen some really good, smart people I NEVER thought would fall for some scam, get sucked right into some fkd up relationship (that really doesn't exist... more of some catfish thing, but trying to extort $ out of them) Many will say, "noo... but who could do that? How do they sleep at night? Why would they, to someone else... Why would they lie or say... 'x'.. if it weren't true?" .... Thinking that because they, themselves could never & actually have a moral compass... that someone else would have that same integrity. If only it were that way, but surely... isn't. Better to always be just 'on guard' so to speak. In investigatory mode, never giving benefit of doubt to those who haven't first earned it. ;) Stay safe & be well.
@amirguri13354 жыл бұрын
I was blown away by the scammer's closing remarks.. The issue seems cut and dry on our end. Scamming as wrong and you're a terrible person if you do it. But on their end, it's part of their way of life, and that complicates things. Because they see us as 'others', they don't extend us any empathy. It's as though we're not real people. And, if any of us was born in Nigeria, we might have become scammers too. Ultimately, what they're doing is wrong, and we need to be wise to them. But also, life is very complex, and we shouldn't forget that otherwise good people can end up doing terrible things out of ignorance.

He has no point. I live in Nigeria. Most youths today want the fast lane and its not a Nigerian thingy. They want to make money at all cost. While on the other hand there are youths that want to make money the legit way. If you want a fake life, with girls and all that, the result is fraud. The government I'd doing their best. You cannot blame them for anything. We are absolutely responsible for the way we live our lives. In Nigeria, agriculture is a growing industry, many other industries are growing. Scammers just find it easier to scam people than work for real money.
