I love how at 1:29 Sonic ends up getting some rings, but at 1:49 he loses them. Which is why Sonic is so scared in the next image. He knows that if X even TOUCHES him he’s fucked. Also love how at the end Sonic doesn’t die, but only ends up in a game over, implying this is a loop. The lyrics are a nice touch too, 2:10 is definitely the best part for me.
