@@trtcommunity9248 thank you. I am a 51 yr old man on TRT. I am taking 200/ml every 2 weeks. I would like to make that every week or 10 days. But that’s the doctors call. Since I’ve started I have been able to add a little muscle and lose a little fat. I go to gym everyday and on days I’m not lifting I just do cardio. I’m on test cyp and am thinking about really pushing my doctor to up my dose to 200ml per week. Will that increase my muscle growth? Or will just taking in more protein do the trick?

@@mathewcollins5719 Thanks for the info and for the question. Honestly, if you're feeling good and your energy level is good I'd stick with what you've got. Also, since T is a controlled substance I doubt your doctor would prescribe you more unless your numbers were showing that you needed it. And 200mg/week is an aggressive dose and would probably lead to high estrogen and a high red blood cell count. Truthfully, if you're able to build any muscle at age 51 you're doing better than 90% of 50 year old men, world wide. The truth is, it just takes time to build muscle. Yes, a good amount of protein will help with that, along with good amounts of sleep (8 hours preferably), accompanied with a healthy diet. It just takes time. As you know, TRT isn't the same as steroids, it's just replacing the testosterone that's supposed to be there anyway. If you start experiencing any issues injecting every two weeks (like I did) you might want to consider splitting your dose and injecting once a week (100mg/week). i’m using a 100u 10cc insulin syringe for 100mg/ml test p, how many mg are in the little tik markers in between the big lines? My insulin syringe goes by 5,10,15,20 so let’s say i draw up to the 5 how much would that be to mg

Hey man, I really like your content. I've got a question about the recent restrictions with HCG. The clinic I was going to use plans to start using Clomid instead of HCG since it will be hard to come by. But I've heard Clomid has some pretty serious side effects (i.e. loss of vision). The clinic has no PCT in place and has clients on T, HCG, and AI 24/7/365. What are your thoughts? Is this a simple transition? Or is this something that needs to be looked at very seriously? A reply or video on the subject would be much appreciated. I'm sure there's a lot of guys out there wondering how the FDA regulations will impact their treatment.

Thanks for watching and commenting. Please forgive my slow reply. I honestly haven't heard about the hCG restrictions, probably because I don't use hCG. As far as Clomid side effects, I'm not sure about those either. I do have a friend who suffers from low T and he uses Clomid and has seen good results. He and his doctor had to experiment to get his dosage just right (but who doesn't, right?). He's not seen any negative side effects from Clomid, thankfully. I know I probably wasn't much help and I apologize, but I've only ever injected testosterone cypionate and so I just don't have as much knowledge about the other things sometimes used. What are your thoughts or experience using an autoject2. I have some 28g x 5/16 and 27g x 3/8 fixed syringes. I'm about to start .5 mil every 4 days. I believe I heard you say that when you started you drew and injected with a 31g. I was wondering if the autoject would over force or fail in anyway doing sub q with my pins?

Thanks for watching and for your question. I wish I could help more, but I don't actually have any experience with the autoject2. I had to do a search and watch a video on it. 😂 I would say if it's working for you and helps you with some needle phobia you may have, then go for it. I've only done a sub Q injection once, for that video I made where I tried it for the first time. I never actually did another one after that since I really prefer IM injections. For those I use a 23g x 1" and inject in the upper glute. The only problem I could see with using the auto inject with Testosterone is the thickness of testosterone. It's pretty thick and oily so it may take a little while, but otherwise it may be just fine. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but I really appreciate you asking my advice. Thanks for watching and for your question. I'm actually unfamiliar with Natesto and even had to google it to learn what it was. Since it's another form of a testosterone gel product it probably works similar to Androgel. I know of two guys who both used Androgel when they first started their TRT journey, but they both ended up switching to injections later. You have more control over exactly how much you're getting in your body with injections because you don't know exactly how much is absorbing with the gel.

Thanks for watching and I'm glad you're benefiting from the channel. As for my testosterone, it's prescribed by my doctor. So I get it from my local pharmacy (Walmart). Since testosterone is a controlled substance you'll have to have a prescription to get it (legally that is, which is the only way you want to buy it or course). That is in the States at least. Don't know where you reside, but that's how it works in the US. Your other option would be a TRT clinic, but they usually charge too much.

You're adding a third metric. This piece is about ml and mg...not ng. There is lab work done for testing your T levels that uses ng/dl, but that's not what this piece is about.

I have all the symptoms, low libido, low enery, mood swing , difficult to be motivated for anything, tired at training and i just received my results, i got 605 ng/dl SHBG. 49.6. I would try every other option first before getting on TRT. For example: making sure you’re eating a clean diet, consuming mostly water as your source of liquids each day, taking a good quality daily vitamin, getting 8 hours of sleep each night, and some type of exercise 3 times a week. And that you’re doing all this consistently. That’s really the key. Doing it consistently and then seeing if you can see an improvement in your negative symptoms. Once you begin TRT, your body shuts down it’s natural production of T. So essentially, you’re on it for good. Now, for those of us who are testing very low for T, obviously our bodies don’t make enough anyway. But since you’re testing at a normal level I’d really hate for you to start TRT without exhausting all other options first. Does what I’m suggesting make sense? I welcome any follow up questions you might have. Happy to help.

What if someone has depression, skinny fat and anxiety that has brought down his T levels, and he starts a SINGLE cycle of low dose TRT? Obviously the body will stop natural T production, but will it, after stopping TRT, come back to its original levels? (Assuming he gets ripped, completely healthy again)

My doctor recommends I come in on the day I'm supposed to inject again. That way he knows were my levels are landing at their "low point." That way he knows if the amount I'm injecting is sufficient. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

Wait till the last day and have your blood drawn before 10AM (if you can). Then inject. Doctor wants to know bottom number. People forget when your on TRT and your blood work says your Test levels are 800-900, thats the low end. You were well over a 1000 the day after your injection.

Forgive my slow reply. If your syringe is measured in units (probably a 1mL syringe right?) then you should see it marked with numbers 10, 20, 30...100. In my video I mention those "tick marks" on the 3mL syringe I was showing. Each of those tick marks is equal to the 10, 20, 30, 40 etc. on your syringe. Hope that helps, but I welcome any follow up questions if you're still confused.

If you're applying .5 grams in the morning and .25 grams at night, then yes you're applying .75 grams a day. But if your container says 400mg/gram and you're applying .75 grams a day...then that would be 300mg per day! Talk to your doctor and make sure you're doing exactly what he told you. Also, run these same questions/concerns by him. He's there to help you and I feel sure he'd be happy to alleviate any confusion you're having.

I was put on TRT a few weeks ago and I have not been able to start because I just cant get past that needle. I tried again last night. Got it all drawn up, got my thigh ready, and then said NOPE. Had my wife attempt it and it was a no go the second she put the syringe in her hand. It was hard enough getting blood drawn the few times to have them come to the conclusion of Low T. I tried to get the Dr. to prescribe patches instead and was told injections was the way to go. Hats off to all of you that can do injections.

Thanks for the reply. I have watched the video and there is just no situation that i can see that would make me feel any more comfortable. Mr Dr. Office even said they would do it and i said no. As far as blood draws go ....this year was the first time i got my blood drawn my entire adult life. I remember those exact moments. Holding the syringe trembling, hoping to just get the nerve up to do it. 45 mins later I would put it down. Then I would do this a few more times, and would contemplate if l was cut out for injections... Well... now I inject daily (micro dosing), and the fear of the needle isn’t anywhere near what it was. In fact (this might sound crazy) but I kind of look forward to my injections now that they are so easy. YOU WILL GET OVER THE FEAR OF THE NEEDLE! I promise you this! The fact that you have a visceral reaction to it is completely normal, and just like all of us who started out with that fear, yours will dissipate. One thing that helps me is to use Insulin syringes. Most of the time you can’t even feel the needle touching your skin, let alone feel pain. Also I started pinning in my delts and I’ve found that to be way easier than the quads. If worse comes to worst, have a nurse do your first few injections (which is what I did) just so you can feel that the pain is pretty much non existent. Then jump into doing your own. Trust me when I say it’s not bad. It’s just fear itself that is the biggest hurdle.

I to have a pretty healthy fear of needles but I’m actually using a very small insulin insulin needle. It’s a 31 gauge needle and it’s all me 5/16 long. I’m able to inject right into my shoulder area specifically my doubts. And it’s very painless. I realize your comment was a long time ago but there’s no reason to use harpoons to get testosterone into your thigh

My sachets say, 50mg. 1% active ingredients and then has 5g also stamped on it. 1 sachet is recommended per day but I'm confused how much this equates to. Surely that isn't 350mg per week?

I have a small comment or clarification. On the needles or specifically the syringe the small tick marks are 0.1 of an ML. They might be .01 ML or .02 of an ML. A large tick mark with the numbers are actually 0.1 of an ML full syringe is 1.0 ML.

If your label says each mL contains 250mg then that means the entire bottle contains a total of 2500mg, yes. Definitely don’t inject the entire bottle at once.

Hey bud quick question and sorry if this sounds ignorant. I just know you prob have an idea. When my prescription says inject 0.4 ML and it’s a 200 MG/ML 2 times a week, does that mean I’m getting 160 mg of test a week?

No problem. Yes, that means you're getting 80mg with each injection, so 160mg/week.
