Hey. It's not compulsory at all that one should have done computer science engineering to get in the Data Science profile as only having a degree doesn't matter, Right set of skills matters a lot. Myself wants to make my career as a Data Analyst and I'm from Chemistry branch in IIT BHU. Only the thing is that one should know proper pathway and guidance to go into this position. You can follow Code with Harry or Krish Naik KZbin channels where he explains all about the Data Science roadmap from scratch. Basics skills required are Python, SQL, Analytics, Advanced Excel, Statistics and Probability. Then go for 2-3 internships so that you can get some experience and also do 2-3 projects on each on your own(Python,SQL and Advanced Excel). Hope so it will be helpful for you.

I am in 4th sem from arts regular. Better to complete my graduation without honors than to complete BA with honors from IGNOU from the beginning? My ba will be finished in one year but without honors it is of no importance, that's why i want to know is it ok to take admission with honors from ignou in this july batch will it be a waste of time?
