Thanks ma'am for making this video because every women at some point of time always thinks of quitting their jobs & settle down with their kids & family.. Due to office workload & sheer pressure of managing both office as well as home she feels to discontinue her carrier & lay down priorities of handling only family & kids which makes her to take such decision sacrificing her master degrees her carrier her professional background her own space & most important looses her self confidence... She cant be independent of taking any decisions .. But somewhere down the line regrets of her own decisions of quitting the job... So all the ladies out there pls pls pls always think twice before quitting your job... Thank u once again maam for sharing ur thoughts.. 👍👍

Unfortunately I have quit my job of 8 years only last month, as I couldn't manage work, household work, in law's tantrums and my 1 year old baby.. Though my husband was very supportive, I didn't have peace of mind.. I quit my job, and I still haven't got my peace of mind.. I hope I do something valuable in this break and get back to independent self. Fingers crossed.

Thank you for the pep talk, Reshly. This motivated me to pursue my goals and dreams with more drive.I agree with everything you said, but what a stay at home mom does too is a lot of work and that is not a comfort zone. I have a lot of respect for them. Always one thing or the other gets compromised. We cant have it all. My best freinds mom was a working mom but she went through a lot of challenges throughout her childhood. It may have made her stronger but she did suffer. There are pros and cons to both types of moms. A working mom is not the perfect model of a mother. Its just one type. I hope I could give you a different perspective. But Im all for what you said and it was really inspiring for me personally.

@@Indiangirl1984 I do respect a stay at home mom, but I know many of them still earn and being independent and self secured even by selling pickles wat they make at home Earn from the cakes they bake and so on, they all are happily utilizing their time. I didn't mean it's perfect to have a corporate job always, I insist all ladies to be independent and self secured. Even by staying at home we can earn. 24 hours is lot more enough to manage 1 or 2 kids & household chores in this modern techy world which makes our life easier. By Staying at comfort zone, we don't utilize that 24 hours. I insist all ladies to be independent and self secured and that doesn't need u to go out for a 8 to 5 corporate job. I know many ladies who earn even more than a corporate job by staying at home taking tuitions, catering, baking, stitching, teaching dancing, doing consultancy works, selling their own passion of paintings and so on....

You are absolutely stunning with the way you explained for women being financially independent. Being a working women, I truly believe that and respect each words you outspoken!. Making children being independent from the small age not only excell them in future, it even make them mentality and emotionally strong and they won't attract the new age mental disorders like NPD or BPD!! More love to you and way to go a long way. Keep inspiring women with this kinda videos.. ☺️😚
