What is the type of dance exercise you do? Lots of ballroom moves in them?

brenda loera This is Zumba. An exercise That combines dance and fitness. It’s based on Latin American rhythms. But world rhythms is also included. As an instructor and choreographer you will always have your own style. I’m a former ballroom dancer, so a lot of my choreographies do contain ballroom moves. I hope you like it.
