sir the contaction of the heart muscles occurs when positive charge inside the cell transform it to depolarised state -> then why na+ concentration doesnt not increase the contraction and why we need ca 2+ in more concentration for contraction

Its specific ions role. In hear ca + is responsible whereas in other muscle mainly Na is usefull so its specific. Like sugar and jaggery both are sweet but sugar is widely used in tea not Jaggery.
