If I were a victim of gun violence, I’d vote for common sense gun legislation.

You’d think Steve Scalise would want to do something about it. You’d think any of the reps whose districts include schools where children have been murdered at school would want to do something about it. Thoughts and prayers accomplish nothing.

@@Leslie-1996I just don’t understand why we can’t come up with some kind of compromise like a licensing system with a grandfather clause and a gun buyback program, I get that maybe this doesn’t go far enough but it’s better than what we got now and would over time help us reduce the problem. We have more guns than people, which isn’t easy to deal with, but these guy’s literally offer us no solutions, it baffles me as someone who is “pro gun” how other people who are pro gun just give nothing at all, like, are they not scared that the longer this goes on the more harsh people are gonna want to be about this? I myself am at a point where I would just accept losing my AK if that’s what got passed because something really needs to be done and I’m not gonna be too ideological or picky anymore about this issue. They don’t even try to improve our mental healthcare, it just makes me so angry and I’m so fed up with our do nothing so called leaders.
