Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett DESTROYS MAGA Racism in POWERFUL Committee TAKEDOWN!

Democratic star Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett seizes headlines again with a fiery takedown of Republican racism during a committee hearing.

MAGA lawmakers want to slash diverse hiring practices to appeal to bigoted white voters. During a House Oversight hearing on federal employment, Crockett put those plans to the torch.
"The agenda includes making sure that the next conservative administration dismantles DEI apparatus by eliminating various chief diversity officer positions," Crockett explained to a witness.
“And you engaged in an exchange earlier with one of my colleagues, and I don't know if you recall, but it was hitting me a little differently as a Black woman sitting here,” she went on.
"Because it almost seemed as if you either get diversity or you get qualifications," she said. "It did not seem as if my colleague understood that someone can be diverse and qualified."
She went on to say that she’s “very frustrated” with the conservative attack on diversity and pointed to her own sterling qualifications.
"I hold an honorary doctorate," said Crockett. "I also hold a juris doctorate. I also hold a bachelor's. I also technically hold the rank of lieutenant colonel in the Civil Air Patrol and I actually practiced law for almost two decades, in addition to serving on various boards, in addition to being a prior state lawmaker."
"There are those that would make some people believe that because I happen to be Black and or a woman, that somehow, even though I can rattle off all the qualifications in the world, my blackness makes me unqualified,” she added.
Well said! Congresswoman Crockett should be applauded for standing up to MAGA racism and dismantling their smears of people of color.

These ludicrous DEI "Offices" that have been set up to ensure diversity no matter whether people are suitable or not. Of course everybody should get a fair go, but up til now it has operated by forcing square pegs into round holes as long as they are diverse. Diversity should happen organically. Qualifications and merit first, then DEI once all important criteria has been met.
