Coniston hall , wild west camping and paddle boarding. incl. herbie the underwater dog

follow me on this trip to the coniston hall campsite. Coniston hall is based on the coniston town side of Lake coniston.
ive done wild camping but this turned into a wild west camp adventure.
with a bit of fire starting, paddle boarding, and herbie the underwater dog.

Wild 'west' camping 😂 it'll agree it does get busy, but it offers a more relaxed approach to camping, than nearly all other camp sites in the UK. Purest campers will not like it, as they'll prefer the green green grass and tranquil settings of other sites. WILD campers wouldnt pay. But for groups and laid back family's this place is great, secuirty are on site and any music must be off by 11, so although more relaxed than other sites, there is still some order.
