@@lotustolioness I'm not at all surprised; colectively, we still struggle with differences, and a lot of people are surface thinkers. So instead of looking at someone or someons who is visibly "different" from them" as thinking and feeling humans like you are doing, these surface thinkers focus only on themselves and things that they'll never get answers to. It doesn't occur to them that these women are still women, and just because they choose to share their story in the hopes that it will help others, doesn't mean they shouldn't be respected. I'm not a conjoined twin, and I will never claim to know what others are feeling and how they experience life. But difference isn't foreign to me; I'm blind and in my case, that is obvious when someone meets me because my eyes don't track. So I'm used to a lot of very personal and super invasive questions, to which my answer calmly is: "That's for me to know and for you to never find out. It's highly inappropriate for you to ask about my dating life when you don't know me. If you wouldn't ask someone who isn't visibly different invasive questions, don't ask me." The more interesting things to me about people include learning about their life experiences and different perspectives. I could care less how marriage works between them because just like everyone else, those aspects of their lives that they choose not to share details of aren't anyone esles's damn business. I would instead love to talk to them about education and their experiences and views as educators--I'm an educator myself. anyway, the idea of thoughtful conversation is mostly lost on the Internet. Sadly.

I genuinely do not think it's awkward at all most likely. We might think it's awkward because we've only ever experienced living in our own body, but these twins have shared a body since conception. They share everything from the waist down. Obviously all three of them have decided that they love each other, and want to spend the rest of their lives together. Even though only one of the girls can legally marry this man, both ladies will be living with him. But asking all these, how's it work questions is a little odd to me. We ALL know how sex works, we all know they share all parts from the waist down, so there's really not much to ask. Something some people didn't even think about tho, while they have 2 separate brains and personalities we do NOT know what parts of them are run by which brain in deep detail. I really hope it's done by ivf, rather than naturally, just to be considerable to the one who can't get away.
