She explained precisely, little bit confusing though. As per my knowledge, I have written that where to use these conjunctions and few examples. It could help someone to comprehend quickly. Although, Even though: After although and even though, we need to use subject like i/we/he/she/they. Examples: Even though he worked hard, he failed to succeed. Although he loves her blindly, she left him without any reason. Inspite of or despite: After inspite of/despite, we need to use object and gerund (ver+ing). Examples: Despite the government announcement, people loitering across the country. Inspite of having headache, I have done my homework. Though: same like although. Example: Documentation work is very hard, he helped me out, though.

.We use although, even though and though to introduce a contrasting idea, and usually one that’s unexpected or surprising. Let’s consider the following examples: Although she joined the company a year ago, she has been promoted twice. Even though I was only six, I can still remember the story. Though it’s a bit late, I would like to go out. Most of the time although, even though and though can be used interchangeably with no differences in meaning. As conjunctions, they connect two clauses.
