It's probably jard to come up with a good deck with that rule, mainly because the cost curve (there arent many 1-2 cost cards, and too many 5 costs or more) , and also the number of cards in each rarity is so diverse, it would fun tho i would like fry to try

I didn’t have all the cards to make this deck. I added 2 Sportacus, 2 shrinking violet and 1 bird of paradise. OMG this deck was unstoppable and super fun! Thank you!

You cant get 11 cards unless you use a Yeti so he got Card blocked. Card block will restrict you from super blocking since 10 is the capacity.
