To give a real answer. On the official Rare site when this game came out, they had a download for an uncensored version, which is what you're hearing here. In the N64 version there was cheat you could do to uncensor the game, because the bleeps were the game's engine playing them over the sound files. But with the Xbox version, the bleeps were part of the sound file, so there was no such option, sadly. This was before M-rated games got pretty common with cursing/nudity.

@2mp2Studios theres a backstory to that because nintendo (back then) didnt thought that a game of their friend companies would make something so harsh and didnt have a censore limit rule (except for obvious things like nudity) but when the game hit retails, nintendo was with their fully opened jaws at the events and things that the game showed, and so a new policy came (that became a no-fun for rare)
