A very underrated horn. I've played a 16M for 60 years and it's still my horn of choice.

Thanks for this! I started on a conn when I was 10 years old. It must have been one of these models. When I was 11, my parents bought me a Selmer Bundy. I played that Bundy hard for something like 12 years and then bought a Super Action 80. Great memories.

I don’t play the sax but I’m really enjoying this. Love your playing and the passion you have for these.

Oh what a lovely tone! 🫶🏻 I’m going to look at a Conn 16m 1977 tenor today. But everyone keeps telling me they’re not aswell sought after than the earlier models.

Just bought a 1970 model, the stencils/ bodies are the same as the 10m, pinky tables slightly different. But the sound is the same. It needs pads so my first project, it still blows but leaky, the intonation is never going to be as slick as as a new taiwan stencil horn or the new selmers but they all sound pretty much the same. Tweek her up, happy blowing 👍
