How did you get the family pc work when pinging netacad.pka server . Did you set up the dns service on the server?. Please explain everything you done .

Hi Larry. The preconfigured lab I was using has a DNS server set up in the cloud. The Wireless Router makes a call to the DNS Server in the cloud which resolves the Name to IP Address. Hopes this helps. If you still have questions, let me know. Kevin
