Connect JBL Tune 125 to Windows Laptop - How to Pair JBL Tune 125 TWS Bluetooth Earbuds to PC Laptop

Connecting JBL Tune 125 Bluetooth earbuds to a Windows laptop is not very difficult. And in this short video I'll show you step-by-step how to do it. With the Tune 125's charged up, open the case and take out one of the earbuds. On the LED, wait for it to blink blue and white. If these haven't been paired with another device this should happen pretty quickly.
Now on my computer, I'll type Bluetooth in the search bar. Then I'll click on Bluetooth and Other Devices at the top. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and then click on the plus button next to Add Bluetooth or Other Device. On the pop up window click on Bluetooth at the top of the list. Now click on JBL_TUNE125TWS when it appears. Within seconds the earbuds are paired to this Windows laptop. Click Done to finish. Now just take the other earbud out of the case and they'll automatically sync together for True Wireless Stereo on your computer!
One thing to know is that the JBL Tune 125 can only connect to one device at a time. So if I wanted to connect these to a different phone or computer I'd have to turn off Bluetooth on this computer or completely remove them by clicking the Remove Device button in Bluetooth settings. Then click Yes to confirm. Completely removing the Tune 125 earbuds from the computer is actually the best method for this. Then repeat my instructions to connect the Tune 125 earbuds to another phone or computer.

Please pin this comment because several of us are facing same problem when connecting device. 1 step - make sure you switch off bluetooth on your phone and ensure your buds are not connected to any other device. 2 step - as shown in video take one earbud out of the case and click on it 3 step - open laptop settings > add bluetooth > search and wait until JBL TUNEXXXXX appears - do not select JBL with -extension. Connect to the short version 4 step - this will most probably happen > if this device "JBL TUNEXXX" doesnt appear put your earbud back to the case and do the steps again. I hope this helps.

see second 43 of the video. Dont connect to JBL TUNE125TWS-LE, connect to JBL TUNE125TWS without extension, the one with "audio" below. If you dont see it, place the earbuds in the case and take it out again until it appears.

If it helps for everyone reading this when u see the one for Le at the end put it earbuds back in the case and then open them back up again • don’t close out of “add a device screen” or whatever it says to do • once u take them out it’s going to show up the Le one and the correct Bluetooth and u should be good. (If I didn’t work for u then I’m just going to say I’m am not a tech support, I’m simply sharing what worked for me when I was figuring out how connect them.)

These are the WORST earbuds to pair to windows 10. It asks for a PIN that no one seem to know the secret to. They pair to iphone just fine. Windows 10? You'll just give up in frustration!

I had the same issue. Before you click Bluetooth you take both earbuds out the case and wait for the jbl audio to appear and connect to that
