My true view camera is.npt showing bluetooth or Hotspot to add , and it's not getting added by other means ., scanned the QR code , what could be the issue

please uninstall the app, re install, while installing app please allow all permision, hope this will help you out

@@info_tech_fusion actually i already have another camera working perfectly well on app , same camera was also working on app, but after reinstalling in another location, and new network , not 4 g , it won't install , funny issue is that camera installs at home network with 40 seconds with no issue at all , just when I take it to new location , it doesn't work , no hotspot or IPC wifi signal ....can't understand what to do ...
