Hello maam 🙏🏼 I'm a mother of 11 old and following your videos since one year. My child's report card looks like ❤ Academic achievements 66% [ She studies of her own barring subject math & hindi ] ❤ Grades for personal qualities "A" for Punctuality, Hard work, Respectful, Building relationships, Organization, Confidence AND "B" for Discipline, Positive Attitude, Motivation. ❤ Grades for social qualities "A" for Communicating effectively with others, Cooperation, Expressing Needs AND "B" for Manners, Sharing and Considerate of feelings of others. ❤The Remarks given by teacher. She has positive attitude towards school activities. Very much eager to participate and takes pride in her work and completes neatly. Now you see the result Maam. You never advocated helicopter parenting and always assured that kids eventually learn. Also I am a house wife so took high effort to make myself convince for 20/80 rule. But totally worth it. I can't Thanks you enough but really I am grateful to you.

Absolutely fabulous ❤ Thank you so much, Mrs. Trivedi. As an educator for the past 15 years and a mother to a 20 year old young adult, I cannot agree any more. Connection before correction leads to a stable and healthy individual ❤😊

If children listen to us even good things we said for their well being...... In laws get angry on children and they use children's weakness for their selfishness...... And make children's to listen them even those things are not good for childs well being How should we handle it and how should we make our children to listen to parents who are saying for their well being When in laws play with childs emotion for their own selfishness

As a mother of 3 yrs old child I most of time establish connection rather than correcting everything. But problem arises when my mother in law and sometimes husband too use to say I'm not tough enough to grow the child which will lead naughtiness, not listen to parents, undisciplined etc. My mother in law likes to keep house very tidy, decorates rooms with so many showpieces which are never allowed to touch even cannot sit in the sofa😢

@@riritrivediu r right mam but this different opinions and responses to children's behavior can make them confuse to whome they should listen and finally one day they won't listen to anyone ......
