One of the most profound things I've ever had the privilege of listening to. Thank you so much, John Moyer. This is a great gift you've given to the world...the gentle sounds of those train tracks initiate a great shift, to say nothing of the reach of those words that you voice. Absolutely transformative experience and I hope every person seeking positive change will allow themselves to partake of what you've created here.

My Dad has dementia, keeps getting up multiple times during the night. Thank you so much...this video helps me get centered & some rest. Today, he got up at 4:30am, 4:45am, 4:57am and just when I'd finally fallen back to sleep, up again at 6:15am. That's not the norm, usually only once, he will get up. Thankfully, it's Saturday and I'm off. Anyone who has aging parent(s), hang in there. Grateful to have family that helps too. 🙏 ❤️ 🙏 I got extra rest, my mom helped me get extra rest, listened to this and it is 10:47am. So peaceful. Great way to get up. Blessing!

My grandma is at that age and I help my mom. My grandma is at that age where showers are a conversation of convincing. It can get really stressful so I know especially when your sleep and hear them up it’s like taking care of a baby that can walk. once I read your comment it makes me wonder if playing tracks like these would be beneficial to them. Or would it be morally right you know. For my grandma I think she has fomo so she stays up until 6am and has to get up at 9 to take medicine. So it’s stressful to get her out of her sleep once she finally goes.

WOW. Just..WOW. I've been listening for months now, not every night but many. I don't always fall into that deep state, thats ok. It's relaxing. I've listened to this one before atleast once but the experience I had last night was pretty amazing. Beginning with how absolutely in tune, no that doesn't even describe it really but everything thst was going on both in my body & mind, John said literally on cue. As soon as you started talking about the train again though, in detail- being there alone ... I suddenly found myself face to face with my sister who passed away 5 and a half years ago. The emotional belly loops in my heart are indescribable. 10 years ago (give or take) her and I had brought our boys (we each have 1 son) to a festival that offered a short train ride. I have to think that was either the other trigger or it was where we were. We sat in the same places, only it was night time and our kids weren't present. She was sitting up really straight. That stands out. She never said a word, she never really did anything. At some other point I saw her again somewhere else, younger and this time a slight hand gesture. Whether it was hello or goodbye, I don't know. I can't wait to go back tonight. Thanks for this. Thank you so much for this. ♡

While listening to this recording, I woke up a few times to realize I was having some amazing dreams where I was playing with reality. In my dreams, it showed me that my attitude REALLY DID make a difference in the world, including the physical. In one aspect of the dream, I was sitting on top of a hill. I closed my eyes and relaxed my body. I envisioned my body so relaxed, that it flowed downhill by sheer will. I opened my eyes and saw EXACTLY THAT had just happened: In the wake of my body floating downhill, there was physical evidence of it actually happening: there was my body’s indentation in the dirt to prove I had just done so, out of sheer will. Whoa! I wrote this right after dreaming that. It’s still the middle of the night. Let’s see what else I may dream about…! 🙏

Hello John and all the others reading and leaving comments. I found this video 2 nights ago. I Couldn’t sleep and wanted to find a positive meditation I could play and fall asleep to. I’m so glad I pick this one. I can’t get enough. I’ve listen for two days straight, And I plan on playing this every night at bedtime for a whole 21 days and see what transformation happens. I’ve even listen to it while I was awake to hear more of what is actually being said during my sleep and I love the words and message. ✨I prefer more! ✨Within your mind really is the infinite universe! ✨Enjoy being your higher self! ✨Let go of all limitations! ✨unlimited potential ✨continue to grow and expand! ✨everything is possible ✨everything functions in harmony ✨allow yourself the freedom of any choice you choose to make. ✨neutralize any emotion by saying, “I NOTHING it, them or that!” So you don’t feel anything negative at all. You no logger participate in lower vibration. You raise your vibration! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Carly, I had the same problem & it turned out I stopped breathing many many times during the nite! Ask your doctor for a Sleep Study, you can do it at home. I bought a Snore Guard (even though I wasnt snoring, lol) & it literally saved my Life! It keeps your Airway open by pushing your lower jaw forward a little bit. No more heart palpitations, my BP came down & my brain is not afraid to let me sleep now & doesn't wake me up. hahaha My doctor prescribed an oxygen setup until insurance approved a CPap machine & I feel so much more energy in the mornings now! Good deep sleep is so important 😴 I still listen to Jason tho, it's still a blissful experience! 😊 Sleep Well my friend... 😴

@@calista1280 HOW did you get used to the oxygen and cpap machine? I tried using a cpap but couldn't get passed the discomfort of air blowing into my nose. Almost made me feel like I was gonna suffocate (weird I know, suffocate of oxygen, sounds like an oxymoron). I have a hard time even using 2L oxygen in a hospital setting bc oxygen dries out my nose, even if humidified. Does that not bother you or did it take some getting used to first?

Thank you, I always wake at the right time, to hear exactly what I need to. You're allegory about the baby learning to stand and finding balance and then throwing itself out of balance to take the first step and the perspective of the universe being able to see each path from its higher perspective and us letting go in order for it to guide us, allowing it to throw us out of balance so that we can take our next step was exactly what I needed to hear and in the exact time I needed to hear it. Thank you for being part of my joinery It's at about 3hrs 33 minutes lol again perfectly timed. You don't maintain balance, you simply keep discovering balance. You continuesly throwing yourself out of balance and after regaining your balance is the process of growth in you moving forward. - This shifted my perception big time! I used to be angry at myself when I lost balance, I thought that once I had it I should be able to maintain it all the time no matter what. When it was lost I felt like a failure and I went really deep down and struggled to look for it again. But man, when I finally found it, I was so much stronger!...

I don't think it would work well for me. I have a difficult time accepting my own words they feel fake or forced hearing someone else is probably what I have always needed I don't remember either of my parents ever complimenting me or saying they loved me I think it's probably why I have always had such a difficult time with loving myself and my lack of confidence. I knew when I had children I was make sure they knew I loved them and was proud of them everyday I'm almost 50 and I still have never heard my father say he loves me or he's proud of me, my fiancee had pointed out that he shows it she always told me how his eyes lit up when he talked about me but strangely I have never seen it, I truly miss her she was the best actor the worst thing that ever happened for me.

Very sorry you went through that. I lost a younger brother only 2 years old back in 2010 and can still only imagine how my mother must have felt. May you find warmth and light.

U do an excellent job with the sound combinations in Ur work. Some content providers have either the music overpowering, or their voice overpowering, which is very annoying. U have Urs equaled out well. Another aspect of Ur work is that so far, I haven't heard U using negative words in affirmations as most others do. Evidently U have actually studied subconscious belief programming. Many use statements such as,, I DON'T like being in financial distress. They obviously don't know the subconscious only hears, I like being in financial distress. They ruin the entire meditation with negative words. Glad U don't. Great work. 👍

I really enjoyed this video. At 7hr27 or so I got a dreamlike message in my brain "as a child I was a show off due to my high vibrational bipolar condition", and that "my brother was a show off due to his high vibrational need for duality". I could not believe a message like this came from Moyer, but it came like a dream as if it was the tape. Of course I went back to find it again, but fell asleep. Will try again. In the early oart of the tape when Moyer took me down, I had a really amazing out of body sensation. Like my brain had no weight!

Two nights and this is one of my new favorites! I think this would be a great candidate for a “daytime version” as there is just so much in here that needs to be heard. (I wake up sometimes during the last couple hours of these long ones, I have to resist grabbing a pen and taking notes!). Well done!!

I listen to him awake during the day as well. I love the part when he says, they are doing the best they can. We can comprehend that and surround ourselves with those that are vibrating higher and let those low vibers just fall away even if they are family.

@@patriciagrell9865 🤍please, anytime it comes to family not seemingly being normal family like behaviors, if you haven't already, pls study extensively into a mental illness know as Narcissism to identify if this is what your family member/s 🤷♀️ is up to. & Bc It's soooo deep, complex, is sooo illusive and has many nuances, one must study very very extensively. Studying this is the single mostly healing modality and it teaches how to manage them and if it's necessary to simply go low contact or no contact. Apologies for spamming here on the vibrations, it's just that I see so many people having never learned before their days are outnumber... yeahhhh it's sad and I'm out to pass on the battle being easier for others. 🙏

@@selfesteem3447 I can't agree more!! Studying who I am via my charts (astrology western or vedic, Human Design, numerology, Myers-Briggs, enneagram, etc) is a profound study I think everyone should be doing for their health. Also looking deeply at who I am with or surrounded by in order to identify what kind of dynamics I'm playing in. I just found out about the narcissist in April 2020!-- Life Changing!! While learning about them I kept wondering what's the opposite of a narcissist?-- the enabler, which is usually a highly sensitive person or empath-- probably us who listen to videos like this.

I was thinking to write the same thing. The Words are so powerful. I repeat them all day and just like the others who commented, I listen all day. This is my 3rd day and will listen for a month or longer so it will permeate in my being. This is where I belong. Soooo grateful 🙏🏾.

Thank you, John, going through a very painful breakup 💔 with my partner of 15 yrs. I took the higher self for the planning of the break up. A full year of therapy and reaching out to her while she hiding, sneaking out, and not manifesting into our soul mate relationship, we beautifully had. I slept and listened to the train and your wisdom. I am grateful 🙏!!!

Dear John I have lived in this imposed isolation with myself for company. I had no idea how much I taught to so many I would forget to continue to employ in my own life. I am filled with gratitude and purpose by your wise and reassuring wisdom. It is my own belief that I cannot benefit from a gift until I have recognized its source. I love and thank you for enriching my life with your uplifting words and wise guidance, Lu
