I found this guided meditation simply amazing. Thank you Cynthia. After the meditation I did some reflection on it and I became aware that as I did the visualization part I imagined my inner goddess as an old lady. Hence, I felt uncomfortable. Also from me emerged wishful thinking my inner goddess to be younger. Now I feel a little confused. I am wondering which is the reason that I wish my inner goddess to be younger. If you have any thoughts please share with me. Thank you

@Crows - B4 - Hoes Oh I forgot to edit! But this helped me a lot. I had an ongoing issue/fight with a really close friend and this took a lot of my time and energy. But I was able to find peace within myself because of this. And surprisingly our relationship is so much better now! Just goes to show that I have become much calmer!
