Ajay... This is great! Can you help me take this a little further.... After the "teams" are created, scores will be manually entering a score under each team. When the scores are entered, the teams are going to shuffle again. The people that I work for are not computer people. Showing them the CUT AND PASTE VALUES option (or setting calc options to manual) will confuse them. Is there a way to create a "Shuffle" Button (control) that will shuffle the teams, but keep the teams as is when I start entering the scores? (The teams will be shuffled each week) thanks very much for your help.

That is a great video! thank you. I do have one question: how do I assign people to teams based on rank? Let's say each person gets a rank between 1-5. now, I want the teams to be balanced - no more than 1 player which ranked as '5' and no more than 1 player ranked as 1 per team. any ideas?
