Күн бұрын

Join me as I share the Connecticut River with Justin from "Its Good In The Woods " and his cousin Chris. We paddled roughly 32 miles and camped out two nights. Had a blast ! We caught some smallmouth bass and Justin caught a walleye. I tried out a new floating fishing net from Goture, its pretty nice ! I have lost a couple of nets in the past that didn't float ! We had a blast ! Cheers !

No emberlit?!? I love my emberlit, man!! I bought a titanium version also and was having problems with it warping and spilling fire out all over the place so I had to dispatch it! ☹️ Still got the ss version and really dig it! I like your vid about using the crossbars to elevate the trangia. I’ve got the trangia preheater which would elevate it even more. Thanks for the vid dude!

@@MeetMeOutside ya, i use mine on carcamping trips only. Way too heavy for backpacking. I usually use the solo stove with trangia on pack trips. I think I’m going to start experimenting with my firebox nano on backpacking trips. Lighter and pretty versatile with twigs and trangia. Just requires a little more babysitting than my late titanium emberlit☹️ Ya, I’m a twig stoveaholic! I know. At least the nano is made here. The solo stoves are made u no wer! Take care man.

@@MeetMeOutside well that’s the tough part about them being made in china!!.. It works really well and really light. Just gotta keep feeding ring finger size pieces at a steady pace. Works amazing!! I would venture to say you might get away with using it at a shelter or tentsite that doesn’t allow fires because there is hardly any smoke on account of it being a woodgas stove. Meaning it burns the wood as well as the smoke gas as a secondary combustion so brilliant idea. Of course it’s a knock off from an alaskan stove company called bushbuddy. Bushbuddy is made in the US and only about 30$ more. Thinkin about gettin one myself.
