Will these data be updated real time when we log on to power BI and hit the refresh button?

In case you refer to Power BI web you can set up an automated refresh here learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-scheduled-refresh. For Power BI desktop you just click refresh and the data should be refreshed in case you use a relative date range in your query (e.g. date_preset=last7d).

Hi Sir Matias, just wanted to ask, if a parameter is configure in such way (6:22) what will happen to the previous data? Thanks :)

It will be replaced with the newly selected date range.
