When you model the bolts as solid body, how do we apply the bolt preload?

At 51.52 I can’t select the axis of the line to transform it into a beam. How can I do?

Because I can only connect my cable to a point of my model and not to a face, I get a high, unrealistic stress concentration in this point, is there a way around this?
