Compared to SolidWorks seems very complicated to establish relations between new sketch for the rod and the extruded circular parts. In SolidWorks you just have to choose a plane for the sketch and then the lines of the sketch will snap to the extruded parts. In NX you must define intersection curves and so on.

@@niveshandnisheeth i'm learning NX so i don't give suggestions, i just observed the way it's done in NX, so thank you for the video, i learned something new. My comment was more of a surprise that such a powerful software doesn't have a simple method for line snap as it is in SolidWorks. Maybe i'm wrong and there is one....
