I'm trying to sync my FTB-1 to my laptop and it's unsuccessful. I've tried everything I have in my knowledgebase. Do you have any troubleshooting tips?

This video is not for the FTB-1 but we do have some options for the FTB-1. What are you trying to sync just test data? If your FTB-1 a Pro version?
