90 minutes should still be good especially without the need to switch terminals

I'm so nervous. I'm doing this solo as a very novice traveler, and it is one out of two connecting flights I have to face on my way (from LHR to denver colorade, then salt lake city). But you've eased my mind a lot with this. The floorplan can only tell me so much. The info on their website doesn't show what the process is like. Where to walk, all that. I was worried sick where what goes, what'd I do, how... I can't thank you enough. Most of it seems straightforward, almost literally. I am fortunate that my connecting flight is from and to T2 as well.

I am flying in from Lisbon (TAP Portugal), the information just says arriving to Terminal 2. I guess it is Terminal 2A. Then the United connecting flight is out of Terminal 2, it could be gates B33, 36, 41, 46 from previous flights. Do we have to go through passport control and security again?

I only have 1 hour for my connecting flight within T2. (Arrival in T2 with LH and then departure in T2 with JL) I think it should be alright?!

LH and JL serve LHR from different terminals. JL flies to HND from Terminal 3. One hour will likely be okay to transit through, but it will be tight, especially if there are any delays.

I'm arriving at Heathrow T2 at 15:40 via Singapore Airlines and have a connecting flight at T5 for a domestic flight to Edinburgh at 17:15 via British Airways. I'm not sure if I have catered enough time (1 hour 35 mins) for this transfer! I would have to collect my luggage from the carousel first before going to T5? Anyone please advise..

Thanks for posting this video. I've been told I have to go through security if I'm catching a connecting flight at Terminal 2 (both arriving and departing from T2), but I don't see a security check in the video. Can you confirm? Perhaps the security check is all the way at the departure gate before boarding?

We have a return flight from Zurich to London Heathrow on Swiss Air and we will catch our connecting flight on United Airlines from LHR to LAX (Los Angeles, CA). We were told we have to pick up our luggages and rechecked the bags for our connecting flight, can you please guide us on how to do this once we get off our plane with Swiss Air when we arrive London Heathrow. Thank you.

In order to do this you'll have to pass through customs and immigration. If this is a connection on a single ticket, then it shouldn't be the case though.

I transited through LHR on 20 June 2022 and at security at 13:20, the line was back to the purple signs. Very close to missing connection because flight from EWR was delayed 5 hours. I'm not sure why I watched this, now I a shaking because of PTSD
