Ok. So I wanna know do I have to turn the water off when it's full or does washer know it's full will the water keep running if I leave it on

Hello Lynn - You do not have to turn the water off when it is full. The washer will control the flow of water. You will keep the faucet turned on until the cycle is complete. - TS

symphony2929 I just turn off the water manually. There is no other way since the washer is no connected to a washer hookup. 😏

@@Babysista i actually figured it out, i added an extra black rubber piece inside of the aerator piece, no need to turn it off in between

​@@leah-7011 I just ran out of time and patience and hired a plumber (and ran out of money, as it turns out, he cost me $200!). But if you want to go down the DIY route, he confirmed that there definitely IS an adaptor that you can fix to the faucet. But under the sink is better - he fitted an inlet hose to the tap under the sink, with a valve. When I want to use the washer, I turn the valve on and put the drain hose in the sink. Yay, clean clothes! :)

Hi I have the HLP23e washer...love it! Unfortunately, there is a coin stuck between the pulsator and tub. I unscrewed the pulsator, but I cannot get it off. Any suggestions?

Use two tiny Allen wrenches. They are shaped like an L. Insert the short ends into the holes to create two handles to lift up with.
