You use HTTPS and port 5986 in the setup script and later on port 5985 in the inventory group variables.

When using HTTPS in a WinRM context you are specifying that connection is probably not an internal connection. Windows servers that communicate and trust with one another default to port 5985 with NTLM configurations. So server1 and server2 on the same LAN will communicate via 5985 with WinRM. Anything outside of that context will require HTTPS with port 5986

Hi thanks for the video, how to setup/download windows_EE? is there any community image available to pull ? because the default image "ee-supported-rhel8:latest" not working.

is there any preview configuration to make on the windows target machines? like winrm quickconfig?

Yeah usually you will have to setup the WinRM Listener via GPO or poweshell script before hand. Ansible itself cannot bootstrap the WinRM Listener for the Windows machine you will be communicating with.
