"Connecting" with Creation & Mother Gaia (and Holy Trinity) - Mare Cromwell

"Connecting" & Grounding - a powerful way to be in Sacred Relationship with Mother Gaia & Creation.
I learned this from a Cherokee teacher whom I apprenticed with for 14 years. It has been tweaked a bit, yet the essence of it has stayed the same.
One of the foremost ways to deeply serve Mother is to claim our Relationship with her and Creation/Great Mystery. I was taught to call this: CONNECTING & GROUNDING.
Defining Creation/Great Mystery:
--- In my cosmology: Creation/ Great Mystery is the collective foremost Spiritual Consciousness of our Universal Realms.
o Could never say that I fully understand what Creation is.
o Love the term "Great Mystery" - reason it is called that. ;~)
o HOW THIS EXERCISE WORKS - You are calling on Creation to claim your relationship with Creation, especially the more masculine aspect of Creation -- to balance Mother Gaia’s feminine energetics within you. Then you call on Mother Gaia to claim your relationship with her.
Why Connect & GROUND?
o The truth is that we are inherently, deeply, deeply Loved by Mother and Creation.
o Yet, the only thing that Mother Gaia and Creator don’t necessarily receive from us unless we choose to give it to them is our LOVE.
 Part of Free Will - in being born as a Human.
o By Connecting, we can bring Mother’s and Creator’s Love energy more proactively into energy bodies and our lives by claiming our relationship with them, and giving our Love back.
o Also brings powerful positive energy into our lives.
o The more we do it, the more we will be in sacred relationship with them. AND the more their Quantum Divine Love energy can work through us, whether we’re gardening, taking care of a loved one, etc.
o We are inviting their Divine energy to work through us to help heal ourselves and others.
o And the more we do this, the deeper our relationship will grow with them, just as our relationships are with good friends ... the more we will experience their energy and their Love.
o It is truly a Reciprocal relationship, with both of them.
How to Connect & GROUND - demonstrated in the Video
o What I’m doing is calling out to them, one at a time, stating my name (This is your Earth Daughter "Mare") and then asking these bless me with their Divine Energies. And then I draw Creator’s and Mother’s energy directly into my energy body to blend with mine.
- This Gives us strength, blesses us and our efforts. You pull down Creator’s energy. You pull up Mother’s energy into your energy body. Then mix these energies in with yours.
o This is not about Dogma. Use your own terms for Creation and Mother Gaia.
o Sending Love and Gratitude back out to them is so important and Huge!
At the end, you gather your energy body from around you and tuck it in:
Tucking our energy body in helps to ground us, balance us.
Women to tuck into our center - in womb space
Men tuck in to their heart center - their energetic center.
Could tuck into both our heart and wombspace (Men have a wombspace in their energy body.)
Take it Further:
VISUALIZE DROPPING OUR ENERGY BODY DOWN TO MOTHER’S HEART IN THE CENTER OF THE EARTH - OUR SACRED EARTH.
A key piece of this at this time - adding this to after Connecting since the energies are rising on the planet rather fast and we need to stay grounded and in our bodies, as much as we can.
• Very important for us to be GROUNDED!
