Olá Robert! *Qual é a diferença... A seguir é usado para listar uma ordem de coisas. Como numa receita, por exemplo. Seguinte é mais como em inglês "following" / No dia seguinte (On the following day). Be on the watch that seguinte can also be a noun, just like in English. O que aconteceu foi o seguinte... Espero ter ajudado!

Great content. “Alugar” does not apply to real estate though. “Arrendar” is the adequate word.

Olá Pedro, glad you enjoy my content. You are right that "arrendar" is the correct legal term to rent/lease a property. However "alugar" has a more widespread usage, and is even mentioned in dictionaries. www.infopedia.pt/dicionarios/lingua-portuguesa/alugar If my sentence example were for a lease, I would definitely have used "arrendar", since it's for a vacation I think it's very common for people to use "alugar". Thanks for pointing this out!
