He gets on the tail on the 1/3/5 side coming out of the turn. On the tail also means on the edge, and IMO, it helps him catch up/get ahead. It’s easier to hang on with the tail in the water than the edge of the entire ski.

It's shooting at 180fps which can make somewhat shaky footage seems smooth. We are big fans of this camera.

We shoot from the boat mostly with a C100 - really great 1kp60 images, esp when ProRes recorded to an Atmos Ninja - but we have had GH5 and GH5s envy for some time. May retire the C100 to end-course duty next season (kidding, it's a great camera, esp with heavy glass). It's just weighs 20 pounds when built up.

GH5 with V-log is a monster.. 400mbps 4K is the real deal. GH5s is way better in low light.. These cameras are incredible for the price.

It was an ok run , he overshot every ball, didn't pull hard or long enough to keep just the skeg in the water so he missed turning at the apex of the turn at the ball because he over shot it. Need a quicker ski like a Connelly hook ;) or a custom Wiley or a Maha
