BUTTERED CHICKEN RECIPE | Pang-Negosyo Recipe | By Connh Cruz

BUTTERED CHICKEN
For the batter:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
2 pcs raw egg
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 kl chicken breast fillet (boneless)
*you can use any part of the chicken, bone-in, cut into bite size.
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking oil - for deep frying
For the coating:
110g (half size of 1 whole butter) Anchor/Magnolia salted butter. *You can use any brand of butter.
1 head minced garlic
2-3 Tbsp cooking oil
OTHER OPTION:
You can do 1:1 ratio, if you want more crunchy texture. Eg.: 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup cornstarch. Then follow all the ingredients. Add more water on the batter mixture as needed.

I tried this recipe today, grabe.. naenjoy namin ng family ko I RATE IT 5 STARS tip tho: if unsalted butter gamit niyo, or kung feel niyo bland ang sauce.. add kayo magic sarap, kahit konte tapos i-aim ninyo sa chicken is golden brown with a little shades of red(para super crispy) tapos make sure before you fry chicken, drain niyo sa ng maayos sa batter para di thick yung coating
