I'll never get over Connie being all grown up, and I just love these collaborations with Boyce Avenue. Such a beatiful recording! Thank you. The only thing I missed are the broken chords/arpeggios from the original song - the repeating chord on top, with the descending chords (always makes me feel quite emotional)

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Connie and her beautiful family at her concert in Manchester and I have to say that she is, hands down, the most humble and kind soul you would wish to meet, regardless of her obvious talent and natural ability to sing. Having spoken to her dad a bit, I can see clearly how proud and devoted they are as parents. You should both feel incredibly proud to have raised your daughter in such a grounded and humble way. What an amazing experience, especially for my partner who travelled all the way from Peru to give her love and support. Also, thank you so much to the amazing people we also met in the crowd. Awesome evening.

Incredible! Man, that Alejandro of Boyce Avenue really NAILs those Celine Dione vocal trills! Those little note dances that Celine did around the melody line are what make her singing stand out beyond simply being great, pitch perfect singing. And so it seems Alejandro didn't want to change those freestyle vocal trills to his own, just sing them the way Dionne sang them. I'm glad he did because it's really part of the melody to me. This duet is definitely better than the original release of this song for the movie Titanic (in my opinion, anyway). Celine Dionne's singing is unbeatable, but because this is a duo, and it's TWO really great singers, it nudges this version into first place, for me.
