The pressure was on Connor McDavid to accomplish something great this season after a disappointing exit in the bubble last summer and a slow start to this season. He answered by making history in this 56-game shortened season, putting some mind-blowing numbers and what ultimately amounts to one of the most productive seasons in the modern era of the NHL.

This is the best highlight I've seen for McDavids season. It's criminal that this doesn't have 100k views right now. The best player we've seen since Mario, I feel he and Leon don't get nearly enough attention because of where they play. They need to win a stanley cup to garner the real attention and recognition they deserve.

Watching this and remembering all of his nice plays, its unreal what a different level he was on this season. I have never seen anyone dominate the NHL like this in my 32 years before. Like the play against Toronto, the goals against the Flames early on..just fooling people. Completely in a different league.
