This video is old. I watched him last year 2021 and he is a lot thicker now. He still lets the fast ball run arm side too much. But I think he's one of the better pitchers in the minors. He should take some off the velo and focus on command. Improve the off speed and he'd be deadly AF. Major league hitters will just sit on his fast ball if he can't locate his off speed. Heck AA hitters will do that. Just ask Luis Patino...when he got to AA he said "The hitters in AA don't swing at sh&#^!."
