Thought I’d quickly touch on this as a few have mentioned but if it wasn’t clear I was upset because this coach who claimed to be ‘the most supportive coach you will get’ who claims to support pre and postnatal, vulnerable mothers has taken advantage of me and the whole situation. I’m just gutted that I looked at Connor and said ‘he’s a lovely person I’m sure it’s a misunderstanding’ for him to then turn around and show me a completely different side of, ‘take it up with your bank’ its just made me question so much and how ingenuine people can really be!🤍

I’m so sorry this is happening Liana, ring the Citizens Advice Bureau. Explain to this guy and CAB you have proof and a platform. If you speak to this ‘trainer’ over the phone rather than messaging, make sure you record both sides of the conversation. Print out all the messages to and from this guy so you have a physical copy as well as the bank statement if you go to CAB. I know it is not what you want to do because I hate confrontation too. However if he’s doing this to you, you can bet he is doing the same thing to others and if he’s not pulled up he will carry on doing it in the future. Stay strong, big hugs to you all.❤

Don't apologize for being overwhelmed Liana! This is a stressful situation- but you can get through it! You're absolutely not in the wrong, and you should get in contact with your bank. Ask to set up an in-person appointment so that you can bring the screenshots and any other documents you have so the banker can see what's going on. The fact that this 'trainer' can't provide you, the client, with any documentation about the '3 month minimum' or a '1 month cancellation' is just proof enough that this guy was along for the Scam Ride as long as he could be on it. With my bank, they take fraud cases like this VERY seriously, and I'm sure yours will too! Deep breaths Mama, you got this! You're strong, you're smart, and you're confident, just like what you tell Koazy!

Contact your bank regarding this Liana, you never authorised a direct debit so you are not liable for this, the bank should refund you with all this proof, and take the money back from him

Totally. Your bank will immediately stop order. Otherwise there can be an agreement if an.amount is under a ceiling amount to dispute, then you are required to contact the creditor. I would suggest a write up, name and shame him. He shouldn't be allowed to do to others, especially taking advantage if 1. You say post partum mums who are usually overtired,busy,find it hard to schedule let alone extra, and to top it off you mentioned you.werent well!! He exploited these things and isn't fair never mind taking advantage.

I'm so happy the elephants came to your area for you to see up close!! That is really special. I just want to compliment how you are encouraging Koazy in his speech. He is a very good communicator. Lots of words I wouldnt expect his age to know or recognize and that's obviously because you speak with him in full sentences and are patient with him to use his words. Most children would simply say, "up" to get in the chair. He said "sit down"!! And again, again! He recognizes what action words mean. He knows so many things and he can communicate with words. Firstly, you aren’t in the wrong and totally valid to feel this overwhelmed…it’s a betrayal of trust. What I’d say is you need to find out if it says anywhere on his website or wherever it was you signed up initially and just see if it says anything about that or go back and look at any emails you might have got upon signing up just to make sure there isn’t anything in the fine print that tells you it’s 3 month minimum, rolling contract with a minimum of a month notice of cancellation. People can be sneaky and hide things in the small print that are easily missed. Either way he’s behaved in a pretty rubbish way to say the least. The fact he’s been “messaging your old number” is just the most ridiculous excuse. I bet the clients who he says don’t check in are all in the same boat as you. But the main things you need to do are speak to your bank and check any emails etc for anything you could have missed. I also think you should see if anyone has left any reviews online with similar experiences as that then indicates a pattern of ripping people off and he needs to be reported.

About the trainer situation I think that he really should've started checking in within maybe the 3rd monthly payment. To check if you are doing the plan and stuff. But you telling this story will also send a message to your fanbase that you always have to be checking with your payments and all that stuff. Im sorry this has happened to you especially that he tried to justify his absence with whatsapp is really frustrating. Sending love and support and hope the best for you both and Koazy. I kind of agree with you, but I think she didn't check it because she did not expect that would happen, first of all she wasn't aware that it is a recurring payment but yeah, she should've double checked. But, if you're someone who received money from someone who said will not continue the Plan, I think the first thing I would do is to contact her, Whatsapp or anywhere, leave a post on her socmed if u didn't have the number, or visit the place specially if it happens more than 2 times. That person clearly took advantage of her not knowing it. 😅

As a business owner/ trainer, there should have been an agreement and then an invoice each month of expenses. He is not a honest person. Please reach out to your bank to help you resolve the issue. go to your bank and dispute the payments and explain the situation. if your bank is anything like mine they will understand and get that money back into your account. that scammer will not have a leg to stand on. also keep checking in case he tries to take any more from you. if he does go back to your bank also check to see if there is anyone you can report his business too. you have receipts to back you up and he has nothing. I disputed a payment recently with my bank as my electricity company tried to take a second payment from me. my bank agreed that they had no right and gave me that money back. hope it all gets sorted and that scammer gets what he deserves.

Fight for your family's money, you will feel so much better for it... Talk to your bank, they will help you, its what they are there for... The bigger problem is the breaking of trust with this person. Im sorry he did this to you. It is not fair that people take advantage of you. It sounds like you might need a little help with the bigger things life is throwing at you and I would suggest seeking out a therapist or counselor. You are doing great day to day, but when life goves you an upset you need more support. And its ok to get help. Ask friends, or trusted people in your life whom they go to for help. Find someone other than Conner, because I know you dont want to burden him more with your worry. Even if you just find a friend or loved one you can call late at night, it will help. Contact bank and either claim indemnity on direct debit or claim as fraud, as they signed you up to subscription without your knowledge. It may not be a direct debit, it might be a continuous card payment, which is why you would log under fraud! Failing this take him to small claims (this would cost you,but if all fails with bank this would ve next option), and put this guy on blast! He has taken advantage of you in a vulnerable position! Liana you are such a sweet person, an amazing mother, and overall you always seem to brighten the room. Unfortunately there are people like that coach out there. He definitely should’ve told you about all his policies, but also next time it may be helpful to ask future coaches/anyone you pay a subscription to, if they have any such policies in place. I also completely understand not preferring to call people, I have a similar issue, I get social anxiety on calls but I’ve noticed what helps me is writing down my questions/concerns on a piece of paper so I can bring them into the call. Also practice helps, the more you call people the better you get at it.

Prayers for you, Liana. You weren't dealing with a "coach," you are dealing with an abusive narcissist whom preyed upon your vulnerability - and likely many others'. I don't know the procedures in the UK, but the bank must be notified immediately. Share all documentation. You may have to file a small claims lawsuit to recover your money. Sometimes evil people will "settle" to avoid having a case against them in the Court Records. Often though, evil will try to intimidate their victims with threats of having several lawyers and countersuits. Stand your ground and they will eventually either cave or run. I am sorry you are going through this awful scam - I've been there too many times, and eventually learned to pray before making any decisions that might have an affect on my life or my family's lives. Then, I had to learn to listen. If anything gives you pause, don't do it. I do hope you are able to recover your money. I looked it up, your $600BPS equates to over $750USD - that is a lot! Prayers, positive thoughts and energy. If you are unable to get the money back, please let me know.

Inform your bank, stop the direct debit. Take him to the small claims court to get your money back, citizens advice will help you in the right direction. He's ripping you off. Also if he still refuses the refund, Name and shame him. It will stop others been caught out by him, it is a lot of money, don't let him get away with it.. Dont get upset, it will work out, you have rights..

Firstly, when it comes to the trainer. Contact your bank. They’ve continued to take erroneous payment. You’ve clearly stated you’re not doing. Secondly, you’re significant influencers. You could post poor feedback on Google and any social media you have. You have a contract of sorts but, it’s not worth the paper it’s written on (it’s not at all). That is so sad how somebody can take advantage of somebody that's going through something so tough sometimes and it's a man so he don't really understand what this woman is feeling and it just sounds like he was out for the money and that is just ignorance ,selfishness and not a good work ethic I'm glad that you came on and spoke about it maybe somebody will know who you're talking about maybe it happened to somebody else and they didn't have the nerve to come on and say anything like you did and that's the main part you came and spoke about it and we're here to help you and support you sweetie I love watching you and cozy and Connor all together you are a beautiful family you are blessed with a beautiful handsome, smart, intelligent little man and that should make you so proud and make you feel so strong cuz you gave birth to that little boy and he is not going to look at you any other way but as mama and that's so beautiful and even with health scares and depression and all that you're going through you're so strong you really are and who know what you have to do for yourself and for your baby and your family and you want to get on the right path and there's not a lot of people that can say that and I think a lot of us are just happy that we can help you in any way that we can and sorry if this wasn't good enough for you but you did everything you could you clamed through your bank and you can't really keep it on yourself it's not your fault sweetie you didn't know he was going to do this to you I know this is old and I'm just getting back to you with it but I'm just watching this for like the second time and really understanding what you're talking about and you're so strong and amazing and I just wish you the best of luck prayers and happiness to you and your beautiful baby boy and your family and if you have to cry cry there is nothing wrong with crying please don't ever think you have to come on here and be strong all the time you can come on here and cry there's nothing wrong with that, that's what we're here for the people that truly care about you and you did nothing wrong and no way shape or form of anything all you wanted was your money back for something you didn't participate in it just sounds like he was trying to take advantage of the situation and at my bank I don't know how it is where you're at but they really look into it and if there's no proof they will find proof for you because they dig deep they will give you your money back and you'll get it and he will get in trouble I don't know if you want that to go that far but if it has to either way you done the right thing and that's all that matters happiness love and blessings and peace to you and your beautiful beautiful family that you and Connor made 💞💞💞💞😸😸😸😸🙏🙏🙏‼️‼️
