Just keep offering your child a variety of foods and it will pay off in the end. It takes patience lol. My daughter was an extremely picky eater as a toddler and even until she was about 5. She is now 7 and eats so much better. She tries different foods now and even asks me when she sees something she wants to try. It will get better moms!❤

My son is half Hispanic (I'm Hispanic, half Mexican and half Salvadorian) and it makes my heart whole seeing my son enjoy food from our culture. Quesadillas, rice, refried beans, tamales, etc. He occasionally snacks on organic cheese puffs and chicken nuggets, but we make sure he is introduced to new things like Indian food or meat sauce and pasta. He's a pretty big eater. I was surprised when he gobbled up the Cesar salad I prepped for him. BUT, He still hates avocados 😭

Well you just have to make sure to incorporate these foods early in life. Add veggies, and try to make food exciting for them. You are the one who introduces food to the kid

@onionsbroccoli-on6jf I use to eat everything was given peanutbutter and pickle sandwiches before I had teeth and now and the most fussiest eater at 30, so my point is doesn't matter if the parent does it or not doesn't end up working out where that kid that is gonna turn I to adult is not gonna be a fussy eater just cause they got introduced early on to all different kinds of food

Srsly toddlers do eat lot. My eldest used to eat like that but now at 5 years old, she nowhere eat how she used to. I have another toddler, she eat well too even more than her sister lol

Both my kids have been good eaters. My daughter prefers smaller meals more.oftrn. son prefere meals and fewer snacks. But as toddlers both lived their food, they are now 20 s and 12 d... kids who have no restrictions for food and aren't forced to clean a plate or told they csnt have more have better relations with food, they stop eating when they are full and it causes no stress around food. I have never restricted with any of my kids. Kosey is a perfectly normal, healthy toddler with a healthy appetite

You woul should see what my 8 year old eats 😂 she eats more then mom one day for her is like 3 for me. But she's healthy not overweight and most importantly of all happy ❤ i struggle with eating myself... But we enjoy sushi and trying a bunch of new foods together. Be kind everyone has different needs but yes proper portions are important ❤

That was a lot of food for a toddler! 😳🫢 Mine would never eat that much, I was lucky if they would eat half of that portion size! Kudos for feeding something different from regular "kid food" like nuggets or something lol. But yeah I still think that portion should be cut down just a bit or he may have a lot of weight issues as an older child because he is used to eating such large portions. I love seeing that he has quite heafty portions so I'm glad I'm not the only one lol. People used to look at me like I was mad when I served my kids still do because we're so obsessed with food control and weight but if the child can eat it and it's healthy and they're a healthy weight for them then I see no problem. I'm so glad to see other parents do like us! What we made for dinner our babies ate too. My son was eating solid food as soon as he had a couple teeth to chew because he was hungry!! The baby food, milk, cereal wasn't cutting it at all! So by 1 he ate everything we ate at dinner and he ate everything! Love this vid and family 💜

AHH I never normally comment but Koazys cuteness has compelled me to. Everything about him is just so cute, his little voice, the way he speaks and not to mention his facial expressions.
