Yes, El Tarter is very calm in summer and with a lot of people in winter, because it's in front of Grandvalira ski slopes

@@or9987 Of course! You can stay in Canillo, where you can go to tibetan bridge and Quer viewpoint. Also you have a swiming pool with slides. You can go to the center in 20 min by car. Also, you can stay directly in Escaldes-Engordany, who is very well connected with all the towns in the country, so you can move easily.
